Machined

The machining is the set of industrial processes (cutting, marking, pressing, punching, drilling, etc) are made of a single piece of raw material (usually metal, but can also be made of ceramic, wood or plastic, among others), to give it a form and the final size desired grinding the excess material in a controlled manner.

Is made from semi-finished products such as ingots, bars or other pieces previously formed by other processes such as casting or forging.

Aims to transform pieces of raw material by removing the excess material in a controlled manner to give them the form and the final size ready for manufacturing.

From Tmecavirco we have the machinery more accurate and efficient to carry out our machined precision parts... and also for the repair of more complex parts. For us the machining are one of the most important parts, that is why we care for have machines competitive to satisfy our customers.

Types of machining
Turning

Turning involves rotating the work piece as the main movement, and is usually performed on the machines (the machine is the one that makes the forward motion, the clamp on the head or fix the piece between the points of centering, and also the one that makes the movement of a cutting or various tools, which are pushed toward the surface of the piece).

The milling is to make or polishing holes through the movement of a rotary tool of several cutting edges called a strawberry (which is doing the cutting movement, while the piece makes the movement forward, fixed on the table). The milling is carried out usually with milling machines, but may also be done with lathes or holes.

Drilling is an operation in which a drill bit makes or polished holes of the same diameter and the depth desired (the piece is what makes the movement of cutting, rotating, and also the one that makes the movement of progress, linearly). The drilling is usually done by means of milling machines, drills, or lathes.

There are other types of operations that are included in the machining, but strictly speaking they are not, since they do not involve removal of material, as are the pressing, brushing, and tapping, for example
